The PRD-JW60R00Z-06 is an industrial automation unit built for motion, velocity and current control of servo motors connected to it in the servo system. This unit has been successfully tested and certified to meet UL/Cul standard for both Canadian and the United States markets. The unit has also been approved for use in Europe and Asia. The PRD-JW60R00Z-06 operates with a mains input power that falls between 0.89 and 2.8 kilovolts ampere. Also, the estimated continuous input current requirement of this unit is about 10 amperes, this input current can reach a maximum value of about 30 amperes. The design of this unit provides protection against extreme voltage fluctuations. the under-voltage trip of this product is about 90 volts, its over-voltage trip is 430 volts. The unit will also trip when its internal temperature exceeds 80 degrees Celsius.
The PRD-JW60R00Z-06 should be used indoors in an environment without corrosive gases or dust. The ambient temperature maintained around this unit during operation should be between 5 and 45 degrees, however, storage temperatures can be as high as 70 degrees without problem. Customers who want to use the PRD-JW60R00Z-06 without derating should ensure that it is installed below 1000 meters above sea level. When the unit is used above this height, a derating of 5 per cent should be applied for every 300-meter increase in installation height.
The PRD-JW60R00Z-06 comes with a MOTIONLINK software package which allows operators with an interface to carry out the configuration and monitoring of the product through a PC unit. This controller can independently detect errors and quickly alert operators by transmitting an error signal through the serial port to the host. Depending on the error, the PRD-JW60R00Z-06 can also automatically disable all its drive functions.
