The PRD-0030030z-35 is a high-performance servo amplifier unit equipped with an IP20 enclosure and is able to provide application-specific control for Kollmorgen motor designs. This amplifier is primarily intended for current loop control; however, it also functions as a protective device that prevents connected motors from damage caused by overtemperature, phase-to-phase short circuit, feedback loss, Undervoltage and overvoltage. The PRD-0030030z-35 is particularly easy to install and configure for industrial applications. The digital parameters used by this product are stored digitally, which allows it to consistently maintain a high-performance standard over time without any deterioration. The configuration of this amplifier is done on a local PC unit using the MOTIONLINK software, which is available on a disk and on the internet for ready download. The computer to be used in the configuration of this product should have a 16 megabyte RAM, and a IMB compatible, Pentium or high computer processor.
