The LE03565-JW02 is a freely configurable digital amplifier built to provide reliable control of servo motors used in industrial applications such as packaging, document handling, electronic assembly and machine tooling. It is one of Kollmorgen’ s finest designs and is widely used in various industries all over the world. This amplifier is the perfect choice for operators that already have several Kollmorgen motor designs. Its special design allows it to connect, operate and produce high-performance standards with several Kollmorgen motors. Control operations carried out by this product include current/torque control, velocity control, position control, and profile ramping control. The motor also provides automatic unit conversion while carrying out linear and rotary motor control.
The configuration of the LE03565-JW02 can be done through the Motion Link software, which is readily available on CD and can be downloaded directly on the internet. The LE03565-JW02 can also function as a protective device; it provides speed, current and motor thermal protection. It also features a hardware position limit switch detector. Housing material covering this product only provides protection according to IP20; before the actual operation of this motor, it should be installed in a control cabinet that provides additional protection according to at least the IP54 protection class.
