The CR03200-000000 is a servo drive manufactured by Kollmorgen for the CD Servostar CD Drives series. Positioned within the Compact Drive product family, this unit supplies regulated current and voltage to brushless servomotors, allowing higher-level controllers to manage precise positioning and speed loops in industrial automation lines such as pick-and-place systems, labeling equipment, and small conveyor systems. Its compact architecture is intended for control cabinets where rail space and overall mass must be kept to a minimum.
During operation, the drive draws a continuous input of 6.2 A from a single-phase supply and delivers a rated motor current of 3 A. For rapid accelerations, it can supply 9 Arms for up to 500 ms, while the power section withstands 30 A of surge without component damage. The PWM bridge switches at 16 kHz, which reduces audible noise and improves current ripple behavior. Protection thresholds are fixed, with the over-voltage circuit tripping at 430 VDC and the under-voltage circuit opening at 90 VDC.
