The CE10560 is made of aluminum housing. It should be mounted vertically to allow for proper ventilation. It is best to use this servo drive in an environment with low humidity and dust levels. The environment should also be at an ambient temperature of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. When these conditions are met, this servo drive can last for a long time with little to no maintenance.
When using the CE10560 servo drive, proper wiring and grounding must be done to ensure the system runs safely and without problems. This motor is able to operate perfectly with both linear and rotary motor units, it also carries out an automatic unit conversion with any of these motor designs. Power and feedback cables used with this product are automatically configured thanks to the AutoConfig feature which is available for the controller. Each part of the system must be grounded from one central point. A high-frequency ground must connect the back panel to the earth using a flat braid or copper bar, not regular wire, to avoid interference. The shielded cables must be also bonded to the back panel to reduce electrical noise.
