The CE10250 is a compact servo drive manufactured by Kollmorgen for the CD Servostar CD Drives series. Installed between the plant’s three-phase mains and a matched servo motor, the unit converts fixed-frequency line power into controlled DC power and a pulse-width-modulated output so that automation controllers can command precise velocity, torque, and position. In packaging machines, pick-and-place axes, and similar equipment, the drive supplies regulated energy while monitoring operating limits and motor feedback.

The drive draws a continuous input power of 3.5 kVA from a three-phase supply at a nominal line voltage of 230 VAC. Under these conditions, the current drawn from the mains reaches 13 A, and the internal rectifier charges the DC link to 325 VDC. From this bus, the inverter can deliver a rated motor phase current of 10 A, while momentary demand can increase the apparent input power to 4.6 kVA. The drive is supplied in the standard configuration with a 230 V logic input, aligning the control electronics with common machine I/O levels.
