The CE06260 model is an amplifier module designed and developed by Kollmorgen to control the operations of the servo motor. The amplifier is specially designed to operate inconjunction with the modules and parts manufactured by Kollmorgen. The servo amplifier belongs to the SERVOSTAR CD series and is developed to make an electrical connection with the single-phase or 3-phase AC 115 – 230 V power source. The line frequency range for this unit is 47 – 63 Hz. The servo amplifier consumes the rated power of 0.89/1.8 kVA while operating at 115 V power source and while operating at 230 V power source the amplifier consumes 1.1/2.8 kVA of input power. The continuous current requirement for this module is 7.8 – 30 A (for 1φ and 3φ) at the rated voltage of 115 – 230 V. To provide protection against overvoltage, the servo amplifier is equipped with an external bleeder resistor. The PWM frequency of the model is 8 kHz and it delivers the rated power of 0.7/1.1 kVA (1φ/3φ) at 115 V input voltage and 1.4/2.2 kVA (1φ/3φ) at 230 V power voltage.
The model CE06260 is specially designed to operate at the rated temperature of +5 to +45 degree Celsius under the humidity range of 10% - 90%. The amplifier is equipped with encoder feedback and the unit hardware comes in a standard design with 24V logic input. The unit comes with an analog control interface to develop efficient communication between the motor and the amplifier. An RS485 interface is placed for attaching and output the device with the module.
