Integrated sine-encoder feedback lets the unit supervise instantaneous position, while its dual-loop architecture supports machines such as electronic component placers, indexing conveyors, and laboratory automation stages that must follow dynamic motion profiles with minimal lag.
The power stage accepts a nominal bus derived from a 230 VAC line voltage and delivers a continuous output of 10 A rms, with a short-term ceiling of 20 A rms for up to 2 seconds to overcome inertia during acceleration. Fast magnetic regulation stems from a current-loop bandwidth of 2.5 kHz and an update rate of 16 kHz, allowing small error signals to be corrected before they propagate into the velocity loop. The outer loop reaches 400 Hz and receives fresh data at a controller refresh rate of 4000 Hz, so commanded speed changes are executed quickly without excessive overshoot.
