The CB06250-2D083M7 is a digital servo amplifier produced by Kollmorgen within the Servostar CD Drives series. Designed as a compact drive, the unit interfaces between a motion controller and a DDR-series servomotor to regulate torque and speed in industrial automation. It accepts AC mains power and provides closed-loop regulation through sine encoder feedback, making it suitable for packaging lines, pick-and-place axes, and general factory handling tasks.
The power stage operates at 230 VAC (325 VDC), and the continuous output limit is 6 A, matching medium-frame direct-drive rotors. Pulse-width modulation at 8 kHz sets the switching frequency for the IGBTs, balancing efficiency with low acoustic noise. The command stage accepts an analog velocity or torque reference from -10 V to +10 V.
