The CH092C-11-1105 is a frameless Cartridge DDR motor produced by Kollmorgen for the Cartridge DDR Motors series. Designed for direct attachment to a load without intermediate couplings, this permanent-magnet unit delivers high continuous torque at low speed, making it a compact choice for indexing tables, rotary actuators, and similar industrial automation axes. By eliminating gearboxes, it improves positioning accuracy and reduces maintenance, while the cartridge mounting simplifies installation compared with traditional frameless kits.
Under steady operating conditions, the motor produces a continuous torque of 69 Nm while spinning at a rated speed of 700 rpm; these values yield a continuous mechanical output of 5.06 kW. To handle transient demands, the winding can accept up to 48 A of peak current, allowing the rotor to reach a momentary torque of 228 Nm for rapid acceleration or shock loading. A pole count of 38 establishes the electrical frequency needed for servo drives and supports smooth low-speed motion.
