The CH061A-13-3305 is a Direct Drive type Servo Motor from the DDR Series by KOLLMORGEN. Being a cartridge motor, the CH061A-13-3305 is designed to occupy very little space without any performance limitation. This motor has a frameless design but it is can easily be installed just like a full-frame motor. Cartridge DDR motor offers approximately 50% more power than the conventional servo motors of a similar size range.
The CH061A-13-3305 requires limited maintenance as it has no bearings. This motor comes equipped with a high-resolution, integrated sine encoder. The feedback of the integrated controller can be connected to the associated servo motion controller through a dedicated cable. The CH061A-13-3305 is designed for 400V/480V systems and it is fully compatible with AKD Servo Drive model AKD-x0060X by KOLLMORGEN. This motor can produce a torque of 33.8 N-m in continuous operation while drawing a current of 10 amperes. In peak load conditions the CH061A-13-3305 can produce a peak torque of 86.6 N-m by consuming a peak line current of 27.0 amperes. With this model, you will be able to achieve a maximum speed of 1600 RPM in 400V systems and 1900 RPM in 480V systems.
The CH061A-13-3305 comes equipped in a 7.40” Sq. sealed housing and has a solid shaft with slop ring coupling but no key. This motor comes without an extended, external shaft as its compression coupling allows direct connection between the host machine`s shaft and the rotating element of the motor. You can easily install this motor in a matter of a few minutes as it requires no alignment and other mechanical adjustments. The CH061A-13-3305 can be mounted in either horizontal or vertical orientation – a feature that makes this motor an ideal choice for a broad range of applications.
