The C041A-13-3105 is a permanent-magnet Cartridge DDR motor built by Kollmorgen for the Cartridge DDR Motors series. This frameless direct-drive rotor-stator module is installed into a machine base so torque is applied directly to the payload, which eliminates couplings and backlash. By using an integrated bearing system and an auto-aligning pilot, the motor shortens assembly time and suits demanding indexing, electronic assembly, and high-throughput packaging axes where repeatable rotary positioning is required.

The motor delivers a continuous mechanical output of 775 W while operating at its rated speed of 1750 RPM. A torque constant of 1.68 N-m/Arms links drive current to developed torque, which supports current-loop tuning that matches process requirements. During steady operation, the shaft can supply 4.57 N-m of continuous stall torque with a corresponding phase current of 2.73 Arms. Overload events can be handled because the electromagnetic stack withstands a peak stall torque of 12.3 N-m before demagnetization becomes a concern, and this output range suits moderate inertia loads without external gearing.
