The AKM2G Magnetic Motors series is a family of three-phase permanent-magnet servo motors designed for closed-loop industrial motion applications across both low-voltage DC and AC supply classes.
The series spans a broad performance range, with frame sizes from compact 58 mm models to larger 192 mm units, continuous stall torque from about 0.64 N·m to 22.9 N·m, and maximum speed extending up to 8000 rpm depending on the winding and supply configuration. Across the range, the motors use multiple pole counts and are specified with detailed electrical constants such as torque constant, back EMF constant, resistance, and inductance so they can be matched to the intended drive and axis requirements. Standard construction includes IP54 protection with sealing options up to IP65, while available configurations include holding brakes, shaft seals, and connector-based power and feedback interfaces. The AKM2G Magnetic Motors series also supports multiple feedback technologies, including SFD3, HIPERFACE DSL, EnDat, Comcoder, BiSS, and resolver options, making the platform adaptable to different control architectures and machine designs.
