The AKM Synchronous Servomotor series by Kollmorgen is developed to be used with SERVOSTAR servo amplifier range. These motors are amazingly compact yet incredibly powerful, which solves a lot of industrial problems. For feedback, a high-end Comcoder device is incorporated in its structure; it records 2,048 increments per revolution. The design also includes an 84mm flange, 0.5m of shielded cable along with an IP65 connector, and a keyway in its output shaft.
