One of the AKM series' high-performance servo motors for automation operations is the Kollmorgen AKM21C-CKMNAA-00.

The motor provides stable torque performance through its 0.48 Nm continuous stall output and 1.58 Arms electrical flow supply. Lowering the temperature rise to 60°C decreases the continuous stall torque to 0.38 Nm and decreases the continuous current consumption to 1.28 Arms to secure thermal safety and prolong motor life. With a maximum speed of 8000 rpm at 240 VAC, the AKM21C-CKMNAA-00 model is applicable to applications that need accurate motions and fast reflexes. At its highest performance, the motor generates 1.47 Nm of torque at 6.32 amps, operating within its limitations. Because of this, the motor can handle abrupt changes in load without suffering any harm. With 320 watts of power and 240 VAC voltage, this motor provides exceptional performance in situations requiring limited space. The motor demonstrates exceptional dynamic response abilities through its small rotor inertia value of 0.0000107 kg·m² that enables rapid speed changes.

With torque and back EMF constants set at 0.3 Nm/Arms and 19.5 Vrms/krpm, respectively, the controller system executes exact feedback changes and seamless conversions. Efficient heat dissipation and power efficiency are made possible by the motor's operation at 25°C with 13 ohms of electrical resistance between phases.
