The AKM73Q-KKCNC-01 is a synchronous servo motor manufactured by Kollmorgen for the AKM Synchronous Servo Motors series. It is a three-phase permanent-magnet motor intended for precision actuation in industrial automation, where stable speed control and accurate positioning are required for tooling axes, conveyors, and robotic joints. The unit is built for use with compatible servo drives, allowing the motor to operate in closed-loop motion systems that need repeatable response during acceleration, indexing, and continuous running. Its modular AKM format also helps it fit machines that use standardized motor mounting and feedback layouts.

The motor uses winding designation Q, which gives it an electrical winding arrangement suited to higher speed operation at moderate current.
