The AKM53K-ANCNR-00 servomotor manufactured by Kollmorgen is designed to deliver the best performance for industrial applications. It comes with a smooth shaft and isn’t equipped with a holding brake. The device can be lifted both horizontally and vertically. It cannot be directly connected to the mains supply. During the assembly, operation, storage, and transportation of the device, care should be taken to ensure there isn’t condensation on the surface of the motor. The unit has no derating for use in a site altitude of more than 1000 m above mean sea level and a temperature reduction of 10 K per 1000 m. The motor comes with ball bearings which should be replaced after 20,000 operating hours. The AKM servomotor is coated using a matt black polyester powder coating. This finish is not resistant to solvents. The motor comes with a resolver feedback system and has a standard construction. The motor features a Class F insulation. The motor comes with a standstill torque of 11.6 Nm with a tolerance of +/-10%. Its standstill current is 9.4 A with a tolerance of +/-10%. The unit comes with 10 poles in total.
