Product Description:
The AKM41H-ACCNR-00 is a synchronous servo motor produced by Kollmorgen and assigned to the AKM Synchronous Servo Motors series. As a compact rotary actuator, it is intended to deliver closed-loop speed and position control on packaging lines, electronic assembly machines, and similar motion platforms. The motor operates as part of a drive system in which an external controller energizes the magnetic circuit and converts command signals into repeatable mechanical output. This arrangement supports accurate starts, stops, and indexing in high-cycle automation tasks.
The electrical interface uses 2 SpeedTec Ready connectors that support quick mating and help reduce wiring mistakes. The motor is supplied without a brake, so holding torque during power-off must come from the drive or an external mechanism. Inside the housing, a Resolver supplies rotor position data, and the drive interprets its analog signals for sinusoidal commutation. The feedback uses 2 poles, which align with the motor's magnetic pole pairs to support smooth torque production. The resolver is a single-turn inductive device that reports absolute position over one mechanical revolution. Feedback hardware follows the Size 10/15/21 format, and the unit ships at the standard customization level.
The stator outer frame measures 84 mm, and the front mounting face follows the IEC with accuracy N flange pattern for direct installation on metric gearboxes or mounting surfaces. The output shaft uses a keyway so torque can be transferred through standard keyed couplings. For thermal and torque scaling, the motor uses rotor length index 1, which is the shortest rotor available in the 4-frame group. It is paired with an H winding that suits drives using moderate bus voltages and supports stable operation through repeated motion cycles.
