The Kollmorgen AKM33E-ANCNLB00 is a synchronous servomotor that serves as a precision equipment. The product is not recommended for encapsulated assembly. The motor features a standstill current rating of 2.58 A. The assembly and mounting of the servomotor should be done only in a site that is free of aggressive and conductive material. The product must incorporate correct EMC shielding and earthing as per the instructions provided for the associated servo amplifier. The AKM servomotor does not have an in-built holding brake. The device is characterized by a standard customization option. The casing and mounting plate of the motor must be earthed properly. Only the manufacturer's preassembled shielded lines should be used for the power connections of the servomotor. The capacitors of the unit take at least five minutes to get fully discharged after the power supply has been turned off. So, the user should avoid touching the motor immediately after it is turned off. The rated speed of the servomotor at 480 V is 5000 per minute. Its peak current is 10.3 A and peak torque is 9.96 Nm.
