The AKM31H-ANCN2-00 is a synchronous servo motor manufactured by Kollmorgen within the AKM Synchronous Servo Motors series. It is intended for closed-loop motion axes in packaging machines, pick-and-place gantries, and similar automation where accurate velocity and position control are required to coordinate tooling and conveyors. Rotor length index 1 keeps the active stack short, reducing inertia for rapid acceleration, while the winding is optimized under designation H for mid-range line voltage operation.
This model uses an IEC flange with accuracy N configuration, allowing direct attachment to gearheads or mechanical frames without alignment sleeves. The square housing’s outside dimension is 70 mm, a frame size that balances torque density with compact installation. Mechanical power is delivered through a smooth shaft, eliminating keyway stress points in coupling hubs.
