The AKM31C-ANCNR-00 is a brushless servo motor produced by Kollmorgen within the AKM Synchronous Servo Motors series. It is suited for mid-range axes in packaging, material handling, and general automation where precise torque and speed control are required. In these applications, the motor works with a compatible drive so that commanded current is converted into proportional torque at the load. Its compact format also makes it appropriate for indexing devices, conveyor sections, and other machine axes where installation space is limited but repeatable motion is still necessary.

Electrical connection is simplified by 2 SpeedTec Ready connectors, which allow keyed plug-in power and feedback cabling without tools. Motion feedback is handled by a Resolver with 2 poles, and its single-turn inductive design provides absolute position within one mechanical revolution without batteries. The motor is supplied without a brake, so holding torque at standstill must be provided by the drive or by external mechanical hardware.
