The Kollmorgen AKM24F-ENMN2-00 uses a comcoder with 2048 pulses per revolution for feedback allowing for precise positioning. The connection aspect of the motor features 0.5 meters shielded cable with connectors that have an international protection rating of IP 20. These connectors are ideal for use in an environment free from liquids and with small solid objects.

The Kollmorgen AKM24F-ENMN2-00 is manufactured for use with applications requiring a smooth shaft and those that do not cause accidental shaft revolution since the motor does not feature a holding brake. For optimal operation, the AKM24F-ENMN2-00 is meant to be mounted and operated in an environment with an ambient temperature not exceeding 40 degrees Celsius.
