Product Description:
The Kollmorgen AKM24D-CKCN2-00 synchronous servomotor forms a closed speed and/or torque control loop in a drive control system along with a SERVOSTAR servo amplifier. This motor is one of the various brushless DC motors in the AKM series. The product has no holding brake. This device comprises a temperature sensor in its stator windings to monitor their temperature. The unit portrays a RAL 9005 enamel finish on its housing. It adopts IM B5 style as the basic mounting style. This motor has a keyway shaft on its A side. This product is not protected against heavy overloading or shorting through the integrated PTC. This device depicts vibration class N according to DIN EN 60034-14 specifications. The unit can be commissioned with minimum effort. Its flange is mounted according to alternative IEC standards. This motor has no radial shaft seal around the shaft. The product portrays a static friction of 0.01 Nm. This device has six poles. The unit is equipped with three phases. It is likely to start oscillating if the servo amplifier gain is too high. This servomotor and the servo amplifier must be commissioned individually in multi-axis systems. The product orientation and assembly must be checked during its setup process. This device has a high and dangerous electrical voltage of up to 900 V on its connection points when it is in use. The unit has a polyurethane sheathing identified by the 11Y code. It may cause EMC interference because of incorrectly installed shielding. This motor associated power connections should be done using only the manufacturer's shielded preassembled cables. The product should be in de-energized mode when it is being wired and assembled.
