The AKM23D-EFCNR-00 is from the AKM series that features brushless DC servo motors. These motors are specifically designed to cater a variety of servo applications in highly dynamic environments. The motor can deliver a 3.84 Nm peak with an 8.8 A peak current. The motor’s long operational life is ensured due to a brushless construction (that eliminates maintenance downtimes) and bearings that have a service life of at least 20,000 hours.
At UN = 400 V, the values of rated speed, rated torque and rated power are 8000 rpm, 0.92 Nm and 0.77 kW respectively. UN = 230 V, these values change to 5000 rpm, 1.03 Nm and, 0.54 kW respectively. The motor comes with an already installed resolver that operates in conjunction with the SERVOSTAR servo amplifier. Together these systems form an effection closed-loop that helps to achieve accurate position and speed control. As a protection system, an electrically isolated PTC is provided with this motor. The motor also comes with the material insulation F according to IEC 85. Utilizing the special neodymium magnetic material, the motor can efficiently operate in rapidly changing environments.
