The AKM23D-ANCN2-00 is a synchronous servo motor from Kollmorgen in its AKM series of motors. The motor must be operated along with a SERVOSTAR digital amplifier from the manufacturer under torque or speed control. The device is fitted with neodymium-iron-boron permanent rare earth magnets in the rotor. It comes with a matte black enameled finish that is not resistant to solvents. The unit operates at a temperature of 5°C to 40°C. The motor has a flange size of 3, corresponding to 58mm. The brushless servo motor has a maximum mains voltage rating of 480VAC. The device is available with a one-year warranty period.
The servomotor features an inbuilt resolver as the standard feedback element. The motor is used in applications that require a high degree of stability and dynamics. The device features an IM B5 horizontal mounting style in accordance with DIN 42950 specifications. It experiences a high radial force when driven through toothed belts or pinions.
