The AKM22C-BNCNC-01 from Kollmorgen is a brushless DC synchronous servomotor. It works along with a SERVOSTAR series digital servo amplifier from the manufacturer. The rotor is integrated with permanent neodymium-iron-boron rare earth magnets for high dynamic operation while the stator incorporates a three-phase winding that is driven by the servo amplifier. The commutation is done electronically with the help of the servo amplifier. The motor has a flange designed in accordance with NEMA specifications and a smooth shaft.
