Internal Product Review
The AKM22C-ANMN1-00 is a Kollmorgen AKM synchronous servo motor with a smooth shaft and standard configuration. Comcoder feedback at 1024 lines/rev supports precise position response and stable servo performance. Peak torque of 2.73 N·m and maximum mechanical speed of 8000 rpm make the motor a strong choice for high-dynamic axis applications.

Product Description:
The AKM22C-ANMN1-00 servo motor is produced by Kollmorgen for the AKM Synchronous Servo Motors series. Within the AKM product family, it serves as a compact permanent-magnet actuator that delivers closed-loop position and velocity control in automated assembly stations, pick-and-place modules, and small conveyor axes. With a 58 mm frame and an IEC flange, the motor fits into metric gearboxes or direct-drive couplings, giving machine builders a standardized footprint, while its smooth shaft and dual Molex power and feedback connectors simplify integration.
The electromagnetic ratings indicate continuous performance. At a winding temperature of 100 °C, the motor sustains 0.84 N·m of stall torque while drawing 1.39 Arms. A torque constant of 0.61 N·m/Arms links output torque linearly to phase current. The back EMF constant is 39 V/krpm, so a commanded speed of 3000 rpm produces approximately 117 V at the inverter. Phase impedance is shaped by a 35.5 mH line-to-line inductance. The stator uses winding designation C for this impedance class.
Dynamic capacity is higher than the continuous ratings, with peak torque reaching 2.73 N·m during a 5.6 Arms current surge. The winding resistance of 19.98 Ω affects thermal calculations, especially when the drive operates from DC buses up to 640 VDC. Mechanical limits permit speeds up to 8000 rpm, so the rotor length index 2 version suits fast indexing duties. A Comcoder feedback unit provides 1024 lines per revolution of single-turn optical resolution and follows the EPC 15T format for drive compatibility. The motor is supplied without a brake, uses connectors with an IP20 rating, and retains the standard customization level. Its connector arrangement provides separate paths for motor power and position feedback within the machine wiring system.
