The AKM22C-ANBNDB-00 is a synchronous servomotor that has all the features required to function in a automation system. It is one of the best AKM motors manufactured by Kollmorgen. It is shielded on all sides by a metallic cover which has strong Sub-D connectors. It operates with a standstill torque of 0.84Nm and a standstill current of 1.39A. The standstill torque is rated at ambient conditions and it is required to maintain its speed at n>100. It has a rated speed and a rated power of 3500rpm and 0.29kW respectively when the power supplied to the system is 230V. These values are responsible for producing a rated torque of 0.78Nm.
The thermal control system of this servomotor is connected directly to the power combicom (PCB). The PCB is wired to the U2, V2, and W2 terminals of the induction motor. The AKM22C-ANBNDB-00 has a winding resistance of 19.4 which is responsible for the values of the DC current and voltage produced in the system. The values of its winding inductance and its voltage constant are 35.5 Ω and 39mVmins respectively. It has power derating of 6% at 40oC when the altitude above mean sea level is 2000m.
The motors of AKM22C-ANBNDB-00 are properly insulated in accordance to DIN 57530. It has a feedback unit where the motors are furnished with standard two poles hollow-shaft resolvers. The motor cable and the control lead of this servomotor is adequately shielded on all sides. It has quality comcoder connection which contains 17 round poles mounted on cable with diameter 0.5m. The dimension if its encoder cable is (7 x 2 x 0.25) mm².
