The AKM21G-ANMNAD-00 is a brushless synchronous servo motor engineered by Kollmorgen within the AKM Synchronous Servo Motors series. As a compact rotary actuator, it converts drive current from a digital amplifier into controlled torque and speed for packaging, pick-and-place, and light assembly axes. Closed-loop drive control allows the motor to respond rapidly to position and velocity commands while compensating for changes in the connected load. Its compact form is suitable for industrial machinery with restricted mounting space. The motor can be used with appropriately matched digital servo drives in applications that require accurate, repeatable rotary motion.
The motor housing has a frame dimension of 58 mm, providing a compact square face for connection to small gearboxes, pulleys, or other driven components. An IEC flange with accuracy grade N is machined into the front face, providing a standardized mounting interface that reduces the need for custom adapters. The accuracy grade helps maintain alignment and concentricity between the motor shaft and the connected equipment.
