Product Description:
The AKM21C-ANBNAB00 is a DC brushless motor produced by Kollmorgen. The servomotor is intended for drives meant for equipment with high requirements for stability and dynamics. The motor should be operated only under the ambient conditions. As far as packing is concerned, the unit should be packed using a cardboard packing equipped with Instapak? foam cushion. The servomotor incorporates an Acuro (Biss) multi-turn feedback unit. The motor comes with rotatable angular connectors for power supply and feedback signals. The standstill torque of the AKM servo motor is 0.48 Nm and its standstill current is 1.58 A. It has a rotor moment of inertia of 0.11 J. The maximum bus voltage rating of the servomotor is 640 VDC. Its flange size is 58 mm and the rotor length is 1. The servomotor features C type winding and comes with a smooth shaft. The peak current value of the servomotor is 6.3 A and its peak torque is 1.47 Nm. The standard weight of the unit is 0.82 kg. The AKM servomotor should be stored, assembled, transported, operated, and maintained with extreme caution. Its housing must be safely earthed to the PE busbar in the switch cabinet. A low-resistance earth connection is required to ensure electrical safety. When the motor is live, the connectors must not be unplugged, as it could result in material damage, severe injury to persons, and sometimes death. The servomotor should be checked for bearing noise every 2,500 operating hours. If bearing noise is detected, the motor must be turned off and the bearing should be replaced. Only qualified personnel must handle the device after carefully reading the product documentation.
