Product Description

The AKD1207-NBCC-0000 AC servo drive manufactured by Kollmorgen has no scope for extension. This servo drive has either a high state or a low state for its digital inputs. The product must be connected to a PC with Windows XP / Vista / 7 operating system for the installation of the WorkBench software. This device incorporates a rotary switch setting ranging from 01 to 99 for its static IP address. The unit operates in DHCP mode when both the rotary switch settings are set to 0. It encompasses a seven-segment two-digit display at the top of the front panel. This drive communication only with an Ethernet connection and the WorkBench software. The product has an integral soft-start circuit and a B6 bridge rectifier in its power section. This device is equipped with an internal regen resistor. The unit features integrated safety for overvoltage detection, phase-failure monitoring and short-circuit protection. It allows programming of some of its analog and digital inputs and outputs. This drive is meant to be used only at a temperature range of 0 °C to 40 °C. The product operation and service must be undertaken only by qualified personnel. This device should be put to operation after cleaning after waiting for at least half an hour. The drive must at no point in time be opened for cleaning purposes. This unit needs to be decommissioned and demounted before any repair is done on it. Its terminals are coded for ease of their identification. The product complies with Category C3 requirements when the motor cable length is 10 meters or more. This device has to be incorporated only in industrial machinery. The unit is free of any harmful substances that can have an adverse effect on the environment. Its nameplate contains its enclosure protection rating, certification as well as input and output voltage, phase and frequency ratings.
