With a supply voltage requirement of 120 V to 480 V, the drive is capable of executing multi-direction motion at the same time. Furthermore, the user can process I/O and modify the drive process variables in accordance with the base-drive. The AKD-P01207-NACN-0073 is often used with all varieties of servo motors, linear motors, and induction machinery. For enhanced connectivity, the drive has been made compatible with CANopen, Ethernet, and Analog inputs.

The drive has a 2 kg mass and has a 72 mm width, 196 mm height, and 187 mm depth. In addition to supporting the ENDAT and BiSS protocols, the drive comes with onboard encoder emulation.
