The AKD series features digital drives that prove to be exceptional systems for motion control applications. The AKD-P01207-NACN-0056 belongs to this famous AKD series and has shown remarkable results. The drive not only provides superior position control but allows the user to regulate motion across multiple degrees of freedom. This enables the user to direct motion along multiple axes simultaneously. The drive has enhanced connectivity options and can be connected with PROFINET RT, Sercos III, and EtherCAT among other interfaces. The drive comes with a built-in motion bus and IP service channel.

The AKD-P01207-NACN-0056 can be operated within a 5 ᵒC to 45 ᵒC temperature range. For the best performance, the drive should be operated within a 1000 m elevation range. The digital drive operates on a 120 V to 480 V supply voltage and supports the BiSS and HIPERFACE protocols. Both the single or three-phase connections are compatible with the drive. The overall dimensions are 72 mm x 196 mm x 187 mm (W x H x D). When connectors are attached to the drive, then the dimensions change to 78.5 mm x 225 mm x 215 mm. The drive comes to the pollution level 2 and the vibration class 3M1. Both of these classes are in accordance with the IEC. For enclosure protection, the AKD-P01207-NACN-0056 has been designed in accordance with the protection degree IP 20.
