Product Description

The AKD-P01206-NBCC-I000 is one of the fastest drives in its class that provides the most accurate motion and highest output. The drive can be embedded with the innovating Kollmorgen Automation Suite™ designed for high-performance single- and multi-axis systems. Its unique Kollmorgen WorkBench software with a graphical user interface enables easy set-up and programming. The servo drive comes with multiple feedback devices, including Smart Feedback Devices (SFD), analog sine/cos encoder, EnDat2.2 & 2.1, BiSS, incremental encoder, HIPERFACE® and resolver. The AKD servo drive comes with a peak regen power of 11.7 kW with the internal regen resistor for 0.5 seconds. The absorption energy in the capacitors of the device for 1 second at 240 V is 55 W with +/-20% tolerance. The PE block of the unit supports a tightening torque of up to 1.7 Nm. The servo drive features an internal regen resistor (15 Ohm) and if required, it can also be connected to external resistors (15 Ohm). The servo drive is compliant with the EC 2006/42/EC machinery directives and EC 2014/35/EC low voltage directives. When operated, the drive features a relative humidity of 5% to 85%. The unit should be properly grounded before it is operated. The product must have unhindered ventilation and the operation should take place in the ambient temperature ranging between 0°C and 40°C. The drive has a mounting plate for grounding action. The unit should be placed next to its power supply inside the control cabinet. When mounting the unit inside the closed control cabinet, care should be taken to ensure sufficient spacing above and below it for proper ventilation. Only personnel with skills to operate such drive should perform the drive installation.
