Product Description

The Kollmorgen AKD-P01206-NACN-0000 Ethernet servo drive is a position indexer drive. This servo drive must be connected only with motors featuring Class F insulation or higher as per IEC 60085 specifications. The product controls the 24 V holding brake of the connected motor. This device can be used to set up master-slave systems with its X7 and X9 connectors. The unit shows signs of reduced performance when it is operated between 40 °C and 55 °C. It is compatible with all standard feedback devices. This drive features differential analog inputs for torque, position or velocity control. The product has eight digital inputs that can initiate stored pre-programmed functions. This device incorporates a floating relay contact to indicate its operational readiness. The unit displays fault message codes with either a F prefix or an E prefix depending on the severity. Its rotary switches can be used to set the DHCP IP and static IP when the 24 V supply is off. This drive related operating and position control blocks can be set up by using the WorkBench software on a PC and connecting its service interface to the Ethernet interface of the PC. The product features a dynamic IP address when both the rotary switches are set to 0. This device testing and setup must be undertaken by only people with expertise in the field. The drive requires a re-forming of the capacitors in its DC bus link circuit if it has been in storage for over a year. This unit can have unexpected movements if it is associated with unchecked operating data. It should be adapted to the requirements of the machine. The product is to be mounted according to the safety instructions in its documentation. This device displays multiple fault codes one after the other in order of priority.
