Product Description

The AKD-P00307-NBEC-0000 is a servo drive in the AKD series from Kollmorgen. The drive must be installed on a conductive panel. The Workbench interface software of the drive supports Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP operating systems. The device can be configured for the first time following the step by step instructions shown in the AKD Setup Wizard. This Setup Wizard helps in confirming the successful connection of the drive and have it ready for use. This drive has a position indexer. It features several electrostatically sensitive components that have chances of getting damaged if handled incorrectly. This servo drive is available with a one-year warranty.

The servo drive must be earthed properly to the protective earth busbar that is present in the switch cabinet. The drive can handle an electric voltage as high as 900V. It offers plug and play compatibility with the manufacturer’s AKM servomotors. The device also supports advanced auto-tuning functionality. The unit features a graphical interface that can be used for troubleshooting and programming performances. The product has a compact and robust design. When the WorkBench software is disconnected from the servo drive, there will be no communication between the drive and the PC.

The IP address and the node address of the servo drive for a network can be set using the rotary switches. When the drive is connected to a PC directly, static IP addressing must be taken into consideration. The IP mode present on the TCP/IP screen has three mode options to set the IP address. The front panel of the servo drive encompasses a two-digit LED display that highlights the warning or fault number encountered. If the display shows an F101 code, it indicates the incompatibility of the installed firmware with the hardware of the drive. Our dedicated delivery network can safely ship the servo drive to any address worldwide.
