The AKD-B00307-NBSQ-0000 Ethernet servo drive is a reliable and efficient servo drive, manufactured by Kollmorgen. The unit is one of the fastest drives, which can help achieve the most accurate motion and the best throughput. It features support for multiple feedback devices and extra options. The device is designed for use only in electrical plants and industries. The unit’s continuous output power is 2000 Watts. The AKD servo drive is to be operated in a closed control cabinet appropriate for ambient conditions. For wiring purposes, only copper conductors need to be used. 3-phase industrial supply networks should be supplied for the servo drive. The protective earth block of the AKD servo drive seems to support a tightening torque of up to 1.7 Nm. The drive comes with an internal regen resistor and it can also be connected to external resistors, if required. It should be mounted only vertically. The drive can be assigned a DHCP IP address or a static IP address. The drive is prohibited for use in specific environments that include potentially explosive areas and places exposed to electrically conductive or corrosive materials, vapors, oils, acids, and alkaline solutions. For safety purposes, the drive comes with an Emergency Stop function that quickly shuts down the device and an Emergency Off function that can be used to switch off the electrical power supply in case of an emergency.
