This unit has a soft-start functionality as part of its integrated safety measures. It can work like a current controller, a velocity controller or a position controller for a brief period. The drive protects the connected motor against overload through a foldback mechanism. This unit has a total of 11 programmable digital plus analog outputs and inputs.
