Product Description:

The AKD-T00307-NBAN-0000 Ethernet servo drive from the house of Kollmorgen is a BASIC version drive. The unit incorporates analog connectivity option. The servo drive is compatible with most of the standard feedback devices. The drive can be enabled with the help of the setup wizard of Kollmorgen’s WorkBench software. The BASIC servo drive is designed for use in industries. The drive must be operated in a closed control cabinet appropriate for ambient conditions. The drive can be connected using a 3-phase industrial supply network. Only copper conductors must be used for wiring purposes. The AKD servo drive’s continuous output power is 2000 Watts. It comes with a peak regen power of 5.5 kW for the internal regen resistor for 0.5 seconds. The protective earth (PE) block of the drive supports up to 1.7 Nm tightening torque. The absorption energy in the drive’s capacitors for 1 second at 240 V is 5 W with +/-20% tolerance. The unit controls the connected Kollmorgen motor’s holding brake. The device can detect over-temperature, over-voltage, and over-current. The drive comes with an advanced autotuning feature that makes it easy to use. There is a built-in advanced braking mode in the product that is operated in hardware. The unit should be kept only on conductive surfaces. The installation and service of the product should be done only after seven minutes of turning off the power supply. The drive features a STO (Safe Torque Off) function that aims at providing a functional safe stop of the motion system. When the STO function is not required, STO-Enable should be directly connected with +24 V. This will bypass the STO function and it cannot be used.
