Product Description:
The AKD-T00306-ICAN-0000 Ethernet servo drive by Kollmorgen features simple BASIC programmability with I/O expansion. This servo drive has an extended width housing. The product comes with analog connectivity option. This device comprises a TCP/IP channel and a Motion Bus. The unit can be connected in parallel to a DC bus link voltage ranging between 170 VDC and 680 VDC. It has a SIL 2 certified Safe Torque Off in accordance with IEC 62061 specifications. This drive initiates an automatic shutdown after displaying the F234 fault code when it becomes overly hot inside the control cabinet. The product has a non-linearity of less than 0.1% of full scale for its analog inputs and outputs. This device has a tightening torque of 0.5 Nm to 0.6 Nm for its X2 and X3 connectors. The unit can be associated only with Class J time-delay fuses with 200 kA and 600 VAC ratings. Its control signals are connected to its X21 and X22 terminal connectors with eight poles each, 10 A current rating and 250 V voltage rating. This drive related digital and analog inputs plus outputs can be connected using cables with maximum 30 meters length for single-axis systems. The product restricts the maximum dynamic braking current at the motor terminals by using the DRV.DBILIMIT parameter. This device has flashing or blinking content on its LED display if the BLINK function is activated in the WorkBench software. The unit incorporates an advanced wizard-based autotuning process. It can be embedded with the Kollmorgen Automation Suite to deliver high-performance single-axis as well as multi-axis systems. This servo drive can be controlled directly by the service functions while it is being setup with the WorkBench software.
