Product Description:
The AKD-P04807-NBAN-0000 digital Kollmorgen servo drive is a position indexer drive. This product has the ability to command multiple motions. The device has a supply voltage of 240 VAC to 480 VAC. This unit has a standard housing. Its holding brake function gets activated when the velocity dips below the threshold limit during a stop action. The drive can perform a controlled stop using its fieldbus commands and configured digital inputs. This product is associated with three types of control functions as per IEC 60204 standards. The device performs an uncontrolled shut down after switching off the energy supply to its machinery when the Stop Category 0 control function is executed. The servo drive is not capable of blocking a vertical load. This unit has two additional digital inputs referred to as STO-Enable 1 and STO-Enable 2. Its power output stage is released by these additional inputs when they are supplied with a 24 V signal. The product must not be deployed in elevators. This device features no electrical separation from the power output with the STO function. The unit has an IP 20 degree of protection. Its wiring inside the control cabinet must adhere to the IEC 60204-1 and ISO 13849-2 standards. This drive has a leakage current of more than 3.5 mA. The product incorporates a B6 bridge in its three-phase system. This device should be connected with a 30 mA RCD that is sensitive to all currents for protection against direct contact. The unit needs to be protected from impermissible stresses all the time. Its installation requires the use of tools such as a 3-mm T-handle Allen key, a #2 Phillips head screwdriver, a small slotted screwdriver and M4 hexagon socket-cap screws.
