Product Description:
The AKD-P02406-NBCN-0000 digital position indexer servo drive has a CANopen connectivity option. This product must feature a node address apart from its IP address and MAC address. The device provides various choices to execute moves termed motion tasks through its WorkBench software. This unit incorporates the ability to process I/Os. It can be operated from a common DC bus link along with other drives of the same series using the inbuilt regen circuit. The product will report a n502 warning on the LED display if it is not enabled. This device should encompass a constant 24 V supply. The drive is issued a drv.dis command internally by pressing the Enable/Disable button in the WorkBench software. This unit behaves depending on how various parameters have been set and the fault type that has been encountered. Its control functions can be executed only if the value 2 has been set for the DRV.DISMODE parameter. The product stops the operation of the machinery in which it is used when it executes the Stop function. This device will lose all its torque and come to a stop when its STO input has an open circuit. The servo drive has a single channel and SIL2 certification for its STO input. This unit uses a control system to activate the STO safety function and the control output is monitored for malfunctioning. It cannot hold a vertical load when the STO input is active. The product meets IP 20 protection requirements in accordance with IEC 60529 specifications. This device must be connected with the 24 V STO Enable input if the STO function is not needed. The unit can make use of low-capacity cables to lower the leakage current.
