The AKD-P01207-NBCN-0081 is a digital servo drive produced by Kollmorgen within the AKD Servo Drives series. Installed inside a control cabinet, it delivers regulated three-phase power to a servomotor and closes the speed and position loops commanded by an industrial PLC. By generating high-bandwidth current and voltage waveforms, the unit supports precise indexing, coordinated motion, and stable velocity control in packaging lines, pick-and-place gantries, and automated conveyors. The drive also interfaces with motor feedback and safety functions to help maintain axis accuracy during demanding duty cycles. This supports repeatable point-to-point moves and synchronized axis behavior during continuous production.
