The AKD-P01207-NBCN-0000 industrial Ethernet-based servo drive manufactured by Kollmorgen can be used only in a machine that complies with the appropriate national standards or directives. This product is not supposed to be used in corrosive agents. This device related MAC address is mentioned on a sticker on its housing. The unit is fitted with a warning note saying that it can be serviced only after five minutes of removing the power. It is configured using the Setup Wizard of the WorkBench software. This drive related initial setup involves installing it on a conductive panel and connecting it to the Protective Earth ground as the first step. The product cannot communicate with the PC when it is disconnected from WorkBench. This device houses an LED display on its front panel at the top.
