Product Description:
The Kollmorgen's AKD series drive AKD-P01206-NBCC-0000 is designed to offer a continuous output current of 12 Arms as well as a 30 Arms of maximum output current. It supports EtherCAT and CANopen connectivity and is classified as IP20 protected from external intrudes. This drive maintains ambient temperature through the integrated fan.
The AKD-P01206-NBCC-0000 servo drive has a dissipation value of 137 W in rated load conditions and it operates with a 9 A current from a 120 to 240 VAC single/three phase supply source. The DC bus voltage is rated at 170-340 V DC and the drive possess 8kHz output stage switching frequency. The AKD-P01206 servo drive consists of 24 ports, the main feedback is connected through its port X10, the encoder emulation or secondary feedback is handled by X9, digital I/O is available at X7 and X8, CAN bus is supported through X12 as input and X13 as output, motion bus connections are provided at X5 and X6, while a service port is available at X11. The brake connection is made through X2, the STO and 24 V supply use port X1. The AKD-P01206 servo drive's controller band is 2 to 3 kHz and the velocity control can be scaled up to 800 Hz. The bandwidth of position control lies between 1-250 Hz.
The AKD-P01206-NBCC-0000 servo drive features vertically mounting and it works at 32 degrees F to 104 degrees F rated temperature, while a 4% derating in current can be seen if the temperature rises up to 131 degrees F. Its acoustic emission level is 37 dB(A) and 43 dB(A) at low and high fan speed respectively. The AKD-P01206 servo drive possess a dedicated slot for SD card insertion and it comes with protective earth terminal for electrical safety.
