It is an AC servo amplifier that reconstructs a sinusoidal output from a DC link so that brushless motors follow commanded motion profiles in industrial automation cells. Acting as the axis interface between a PLC and the motor, the unit manages feedback, executes interpolation, and triggers protective shutdowns when limits are exceeded.
