Product Description:
The AKD-P00606-NAEC-0051 AC servo drive uses the unique WorkBench GUI for easy installation and programming. The unit is designed to be used for industrial applications. The device features fast data acquisition. It is robust, versatile, and has a sleek design and features a high power density. The unit is SIL-qualified and has over-temperature, voltage, and current detection for increased dependability. The device should be operated in a closed control cabinet that is appropriate for its ambient operating conditions. The drive’s continuous output power is 2000 W and it can be used in single-phase and triple-phase networks with a voltage rating between 120 V and 240 V. The PE block of the unit supports a tightening torque of up to 1.7 Nm. The drive is not equipped with an internal regen resistor, but if required, an external resistor of 33 Ohm resistance can be connected. The maximum continuous regen power of the device with its external resistor is 1.5 kW. This product features a peak regen power of 5.4 kW with the external resistor for 1 second. The absorption energy in the capacitors at 240 V is 20 W with +/-20% tolerance. Caution must be exercised during the installation, operation, service, and repair of the servo drive. The unit must be mounted in a closed control cabinet and the environment must be free from corrosive or conductive materials. If the amplifier or motor is not EMC-grounded appropriately, there is a risk of electrical shock. Non-conductive mounting plates must not be used. During unfavorable circumstances, a copper mesh tape must be used between the earthing bolts and the earth potential to deflect currents. When there is overheating inside the control cabinet, the drive will switch itself off.
