Product Description:
The AKD-P00306-NBCC-D065 is a high-performing Ethernet-based servo drive manufactured by Kollmorgen. It is a position indexer drive with EtherCAT and CANopen connectivity options. The device can be enabled using the setup wizard of the WorkBench software. A proper grounding connection is required to start or operate the unit. The servo drive is meant to be adapted to the requirements of the device or machine in which it is installed. The servo drive should be handled only by qualified personnel. The continuous output power of the AKD servo drive is 1100 Watts and its current rating is 3 Arms. The rated supply voltage of the unit is 120 to 240 V. The peak output current of the drive is 9 Arms. The bandwidth of the current controller is 2.5 to 4 kHz, the bandwidth of the velocity controller is 0 to 1000 Hz, and the bandwidth of the position controller is 1 to 250 Hz. The PE block of the drive supports a tightening torque of up to 1.7 Nm. The product does not come with an internal regen resistor. If required, an external resistor can be connected. The drive has a continuous regen power of 1.5 kW for its external resistor. The AKD servo drive must be handled carefully in several circumstances. Its use is prohibited in a few environments, including potentially explosive areas exposed to electrically or corrosive conductive acids, oils, vapors, and alkaline solutions. The drive must not be opened by the user. The inside of the drive must be cleaned only by the manufacturer. Care should be taken that no liquid enters the product. The drive has an Emergency Stop function to shut it down quickly in a dangerous situation and an Emergency Off function to turn off the electrical power supply.
