Product Description:

The Kollmorgen AKD-P00306-NASQ-0000 is intended to be operated only in industrial environments. The device should be installed only in a machine or plant that strictly adheres to the regional directives related requirements. The product must be touched by the user only after electrostatically discharging himself/herself. The drive should be free of shocks at the time of transportation. The continuous output power of the servo drive is 1100 Watts and its update rate is 1.5 MHz. The AKD servo drive has a seven-segment LED display to highlight its status after the 24 V supply has been switched on. This unit comes with a grounding plate and the required mating connectors. The device is intended to be connected only using cables supplied by the manufacturer. the device is not equipped with a built-in fan for ventilation. The unit is lightweight and weighs 1.3 kg. The drive signals the F234 fault code on its display and automatically shuts down when the temperature inside its control cabinet is very high. The AKD servo drive can be installed at a maximum altitude of 2,500 m over mean sea level with a power derating of 1.5% for every 100 meters. Precaution should be taken when installing, operating, transporting, and servicing the drive. The site of installation must be free from corrosive or conductive materials. If the motor or the amplifier is not EMC-grounded properly, there is a risk of electrical shock. Under unfavorable conditions, a copper mesh tape should be used between the earthing bolts and earth potential to deflect currents. When the servo drive gets overheated, it will switch itself off. The drive should not be opened by the user for cleaning or any other purposes, as opening the drive voids the warranty.
