The AKD-N00307-DSEC-E000 is a near servo drive that is a registered trademark of Kollmorgen Automation. The drive is exclusively manufactured to ensure the efficiency of compatible servo motor designs; it provides reliable closed-loop control of torque, speed, and position. The drive works as a part of electrical plants and should only function as an integral component of such systems. Only Kollmorgen CCx hybrid cable series should be used for the wiring of this servo drive design. Also, the power supply to this motor should be done by the AKD-C power supply from Kollmorgen, which is able to supply between 55 to 800 volts of direct current. Although this drive has found use in several industries all over the world, it should not be used for driving elevators, in ships or offshore applications, and in applications that produce continuous operational short circuits to the motor power contact.
The AKD-N00307-DSEC-E000 servo drive is delivered in a packaging made from recyclable cardboard and with inserts and a label attached to the box for easy identification. The package delivered for this drive includes four mounting clamps, a printed copy of the product manual, two connector covers, and a DVD containing the setup software.
